✅ Return Guidelines

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The purchase was made within the last 30 days (as indicated by the invoice date)

  • The product is unused

  • The product is in its original packaging and resalable condition


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of our customers, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

  • Food and nutritional products

  • Bathroom safety equipment (e.g., toilet frames, shower chairs, transfer benches)

  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., undergarments, stockings, pantyhose, hernia belts)

  • Any used or damaged product

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance


📦 How to Start a Return

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending back any product.
Please contact us to request your RMA:

Once approved, you will receive a return form or RMA number. Be sure to include it inside your return package.

Note: Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.


💳 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 30 days.
Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Orders canceled after an item has shipped are subject to the same return policy


♻️ Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same product:
