Return Policy

- The product must have been purchased within the last 30 days (as indicated by the invoice date).
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago (from the invoice date).
- Food and nutritional items
- Bathroom safety equipment (e.g., toilet frames, shower chairs, transfer benches)
- Hygiene-related products (e.g., undergarments, stockings, pantyhose, hernia belts)
- Products that have been used or cannot be resold
- Final sale or clearance items

Refund Process
Once we receive your return shipment, your refund will be processed within 30 days. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be at your own expense. Orders canceled after an item has been shipped will follow our standard return policy.

To request an exchange, contact our team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and include the number with the returned product.
Shipping Restrictions
- All orders must include a valid shipping address.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- Shipping is currently available to the 48 contiguous United States only.
- Free shipping is available for orders over $50.
Oversized Items

Backorders
At SaveMedical, we generally do not accept backorders or pre-orders. However, specific items may be labeled as available for backorder, and this will be noted on the product page.
